Thrift stores are sort of like museums except you can actually buy stuff that is on display. Just think about it. Have you ever gone into a thrift store thinking that you’re just going to take a look and then walk out empty handed? No. And if you have, then you’re lying. You bought something and you just don’t remember. Nope. We’re not listening. Argument over!
Okay, that was interesting, but the point remains, thrift stores are a gold mine of things that you don’t need, that nobody needs, but somehow whoever runs that thrift store thinks people will buy them one day. And guess what? People actually buy them! We’re not even joking. It’s hard to imagine, but people actually walk into the store, go over to the Windows 98 section, and buy stuff! They buy those ugly gold trimmed dishes. They buy that weird looking giraffe statue. They even buy those used George Foreman Grills that still have pieces of meat hanging off the sides. It’s mind-boggling but true.
So next time you go into a thrift store, just take this list along with you and check off everything that you find because these are 10 things you’re guaranteed to find in every thrift store ever!
